You said “Removed watchdog_admins option from config, as has no effect anymore” but on a fresh install I still can see this option in ejabberd.yml config file!?

Hi Ulrich, check github.com/processone/ejabberd/blob/master/ejabberd.yml.example and its gone there too. So in your case your linux distribution maintainer may missed that point. Regards Chris
